Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Businesses can add their GSTIN for input tax credit.
Why is the renewal price different from the first-year price?
Registries often allow introductory pricing. We always show both the first-year and the renewal price so there are no surprises.
Can I use my domain with another host?
Yes. You can point your domain to any nameservers from your dashboard at any time.
What happens if a domain is taken after I pay?
Occasionally someone registers the same name seconds before us. If that happens we do not retry blindly — the full amount is credited back to your wallet and you are notified immediately.
Do you offer premium domains?
Yes. Premium names have registry-set prices. We always show the exact premium price and ask you to confirm it before you pay.
